"I needed ac parts, and some technical questions answered. When I called the number displayed on the 'Buy Auto Parts' website, Javier Sastoque answered. I explained what I needed and that I had questions. He quickly helped me determine the parts that I needed, which were priced very reasonably. He even further helped increase my value by giving me an ac flush kit because of my order for the other items!
