I was expecting a shadily rebuilt unit, but what arrived was a brand spanking new unit, built spot on to the original, plus everything needed for a professional installation. I was also pleasantly surprised to get a personal email from James letting me know that I could get a hold of him with any concerns or questions with installation. You better believe the next A/C compressor I need will come from Buy Auto Parts!"
