"This past experience was great. I happend to have a credit do to a previews part that a had purchased and the part turned out to be defective. I'm hoping this will not be case again. As far as my experience with customer service, it was excellent. The gentleman was very attentive and proactive. Also, do to my credit situation, he promised to call me back to follow up and he did.
