Montel was awesome and thoroughly explained the issues of my father's unit (Paul Moore). He was knowledgeable and very respectful and overly understanding of our current financial situation. The 2 star review is in no way a reflection of the timeliness or abilities of the technician, Nathan that showed up to my house. He was there the very next day after I called and offered very valuable insight to my HVAC issues. However, the reason for my 2 stars is the over-escalation of my HVAC issues and the attempt to upsell me on unneeded equipment. My unit was15 years old and had issues. I decided to replace the unit. Replacement was made the same day I had my old unit evaluated. The installation technicians, Barry and Kyle, were knowledgible, personable, and answered questions I had during the process. Same day service was a plus. The technicians taught me how to set and run the system. I appreciated them taking time to answer my questions and explaining how the to get everything set.
Montel came out within 30 minutes after us calling for assistance. He is very professional and friendly. Explained all our options and costs. Very satisfied with service
