Well....someone got the right one today. I haven't used your services, but I don't appreciate your employee trying ride my bumper when the roads are wet. I understand y'all have places to be and people to see, but your customers aren't going to get their services if your staff hydroplanes into the back of my car. Thank you, Bryant, for the quality professional install of our hvac unit. Install team Barry and Kyle were great: efficient, careful, knowledgeable and meticulous. The 2 star review is in no way a reflection of the timeliness or abilities of the technician, Nathan that showed up to my house. He was there the very next day after I called and offered very valuable insight to my HVAC issues. However, the reason for my 2 stars is the over-escalation of my HVAC issues and the attempt to upsell me on unneeded equipment. Nathan Walker was our manager on the job and was very forthright and honest it seems about the unit that was needed for 102 Kyle for Lorene Smith and the price was also appropriate and I believe his work ethic and quality will match his ethics. My unit was15 years old and had issues. I decided to replace the unit. Replacement was made the same day I had my old unit evaluated. The installation technicians, Barry and Kyle, were knowledgible, personable, and answered questions I had during the process. Same day service was a plus. The technicians taught me how to set and run the system. I appreciated them taking time to answer my questions and explaining how the to get everything set.
