AC unit went out completely in a Kentucky August. Called Bryant at 2:40 in the afternoon, they said they’d have somebody there same-day between 3-6. I was pleasantly surprised they could get me in same day. I was shocked when I heard from Roy less than 20 minutes later saying he’s on his way! Figured out the issue and got me setup with repairs immediately. I so appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism with Roy! Definitely the reason I’ll be signing up with their annual services.
Montel was the most amazing technician. He came in, showed me the problem of the unit and gave me all the options. Very professional and honest and helped me out. When it’s a huge purchase it’s nice to know you’re working with a person you can trust.
Bryant heating and cooling was absolutely amazing! We had Nathan come out to our house after have fan troubles with our HVAC system. The fan problem turned out to be an even bigger problem that would stress out any home owner but Nathan was absolutely amazing at explaining the problem, showing pictures of what caused it, and being kind and compassionate while breaking the not so great news to us. I highly recommend not only this company but also Nathan!
From the initial inquiry to the completion of the appointment, the service has been impeccable. I called 7/8 around 5pm to schedule a service call for our HVAC as it was no longer cooling our house. Inside it got to 83 degrees, it was cooler outside at that point. We were told the earliest a technician could come was 7/9 between 9am-12pm. We were ecstatic with the response being so early as our prior experience with another HVAC org took almost 2 weeks for a service call. Nathan came shortly after we called. Got our 21 year old unit working. We discussed replacement and had new unit in by the afternoon. Hard workers. Shared process and shared pics. We were pleased.
