We called Bryant on a Sunday morning when we woke up to a very hot house in August! We weren't sure someone would be able to get to us on a Sunday, but Nathan came out within a couple hours of our call. He diagnosed the problems we were having and talked us through our options in as much detail as we needed. AC unit went out completely in a Kentucky August. Called Bryant at 2:40 in the afternoon, they said they’d have somebody there same-day between 3-6. I was pleasantly surprised they could get me in same day. I was shocked when I heard from Roy less than 20 minutes later saying he’s on his way! Figured out the issue and got me setup with repairs immediately. I so appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism with Roy! Definitely the reason I’ll be signing up with their annual services.
Montel was very friendly and knowledgeable. Took his time explaining everything to my husband and I. We loved his costumer service. We did sign up for the Home Comfort Plus Plan. Can’t beat the price for the services included for a whole year!!
Barry and Kyle came the day we called and gave a reasonable quote, fixed the job the next day.. They were thorough, friendly, professional and clean.. Very pleased with their service!! Would recommend to anyone!!
Nathan was at my house within an hour and had my unit back up and working in no time. The issue turned out to be minor, but he handled it efficiently and professionally. He was also very personable, which made the whole experience even better. Thank you, Nathan!
