My unit was15 years old and had issues. I decided to replace the unit. Replacement was made the same day I had my old unit evaluated. The installation technicians, Barry and Kyle, were knowledgible, personable, and answered questions I had during the process. Same day service was a plus. The technicians taught me how to set and run the system. I appreciated them taking time to answer my questions and explaining how the to get everything set.

Nathan was extremely professional and knowledgeable when it came to diagnosing our a/c and Heating unit! We are very pleased with his advise and will just need some time to discuss the plan! Great Job Nathan👏👏👏👏

AC unit went out completely in a Kentucky August. Called Bryant at 2:40 in the afternoon, they said they’d have somebody there same-day between 3-6. I was pleasantly surprised they could get me in same day. I was shocked when I heard from Roy less than 20 minutes later saying he’s on his way! Figured out the issue and got me setup with repairs immediately. I so appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism with Roy! Definitely the reason I’ll be signing up with their annual services.

Montel was very friendly and knowledgeable. Took his time explaining everything to my husband and I. We loved his costumer service. We did sign up for the Home Comfort Plus Plan. Can’t beat the price for the services included for a whole year!!
