Check this out, this place is a hidden gem. I didn’t even know this place was here and I walked in just to get my watch resized and all I saw was shiny stuff. Great collection. The manager mehdi was fantastic. He didn’t even charge for removing links out my watch. He was so kind and spoke gently I loved it. Even the gentleman man helping another customer took time to look up when I walked it to smile at me. It is a small shop but it’s filled with good people and they take great care.

Mehdi from Brownlee Jewelers is not only a craftsman of his work but also a wonderful representative towards his customers. My fiancè dropped off his grandfather's watch to be repaired and polished and the work was incredible. It's now his favorite watch to wear. Whether it's for repair or purchase - work with Mehdi, he'll take care of you.

Jackie, was amazing! She went above and beyond. I came in very late right at close looking for a cross and necklace pendant for my 82-year-old mother-in-law's birthday that is happening tonight at 8:30 p.m. I was very clear on what I wanted but did not have an appointment. I came in probably 20 minutes before close, was rushing and she was absolutely amazing. She stayed late to assist me, took her time, and offered me different options. The gentleman (Medhi) helped me remove a few links from a watch I was gifted for my birthday. Fits like a glove, Mehdi. He also completed it in the blink of an eye ⏰.
