New to the area, needed a watch repaired. Did a little search and stopped in to see if I was able to get some help. I was happily greeted and welcomed when entering the store. Kai ended up assisting me, he checked out what I brought down, the parts. I had a wonderful experience at Brownlee Jewelers thanks to Kai. I brought in several pendants and a couple of necklaces, and he graciously helped me try different combinations until we found the perfect look. He was incredibly courteous, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. Excellent customer service and such a pleasant experience — I truly appreciated his help!

I read all the comments speaking on how great the service they received from Brownlee was, and I couldn’t agree more. Ivan was great, he helped me sell some old jewelry, he was very knowledgeable and made the experience excellent. Definitely will be back when I need to purchase.

I came within the last 30 minutes till closing to sell some of my gold. Ivan and Arpita were very helpful and welcoming. They buy gold and silver which I found neat. They also have a beautiful selection of jewelry. Definitely will be coming back!!
