New to the area, needed a watch repaired. Did a little search and stopped in to see if I was able to get some help. I was happily greeted and welcomed when entering the store. Kai ended up assisting me, he checked out what I brought down, the parts. Highly recommend this branch of Brownlee Jewelers. The manager, Ivan Scott, is a consummate professional who has provided quality services to my family for years. I also find him to be very friendly and honest and it is always a pleasure working with him.

I read all the comments speaking on how great the service they received from Brownlee was, and I couldn’t agree more. Ivan was great, he helped me sell some old jewelry, he was very knowledgeable and made the experience excellent. Definitely will be back when I need to purchase.

So I have already taken the survey once a written a review. I have increased my rating back up due to being reached out to about the issues with my custom order and the third party vendor and all the miscommunication. They are being very good by their customers and I will continue to shop here in the future and will direct people to them. Ivan is a great person and will do right by his customers I also appreciate the owner for understanding my frustrations and concerns and being willing to help out and work things out!
