I went in today to sell some silver and met with Bill. After completing my transaction, I was walking to my car and just got in it when he came out the door and up to my window told me to come back in, he had miscalculated the price of some silver coins I had sold. It is kind of rare today, to find a business that is so honest and has such integrity that he would actually admit he had made a mistake and immediately took care of it. T is amazing. I brought in some of my mom’s old jewelry and was able to create four new bracelets from her pieces. The whole process was so special and emotional, and they handled everything with such care. He was patient, thoughtful, and really listened to what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier and would recommend them to anyone!

They really care about people. Today, I came across an elderly gentleman who couldn't get his car started. I took his key fob into Brownlee to see if they could open it for me. Not only did they open it, they replaced the battery and didn't charge for it. Great customer service!

I brought my wedding ring in to Brownlee to be resized. Upon picking up my ring today, Brownlee handed me a ring with an apparently totally different finish. My ring’s original finish as manufactured was Matte. I asked if this was the same ring & why it was so shiny? The store manager, named Bill, looked frustrated with me & snapped the ring from my hand.
