My 81 year old mother in law came in 12/12/25 to buy a necklace for her cross. Well today 12/30/25 we’re sitting at the table and she adjusted the cross on her neck and then the chain pops and falls. She ls not heavy handed at all , she said she wanted to take it back, well she did and they were no help at all. They don’t stand behind their products as things break within 2 weeks. What a nice and friendly store. The staff was friendly, professional and courteous. I needed to have my son's chain fixed and though they were busy they were eager to help. My chain was fixed and cleaned free of charge, maybe because it was his St. Michael charm which was blessed by monsignor in NYC as a gift for his police academy graduation. Paola was so patient and helped us find styles that we loved! She went through many options and so many cuts. Also explained all the different carats and metals.
