I understand and appreciate the security measures at Brownlee Jewelers — they do take safety seriously, and they ask customers to remove hoodies, hats, and sunglasses before entering. In today’s world, that level of caution makes sense and is something I respect. I brought in my Tiffany bracelet to see if they could authenticate or purchase it. Kim went out of her way to show me various rings in various styles & a variety of Precious and semi precious stones; Until I found the perfect gift for my daughter and for myself! Kim was attentive,, accommodating, positive, and very professional. She did not put me under a lot of pressure, but gave me all the information, on her card with the SKU numbers, plus prices of the Various rings. I went to the Arboretum location of Brownlee Jeweler! Kim and the other associates were Super helpful & very professional.

Rob is great! Great salesman and even better with conversation. I almost forgot I was in the jewelry store. Great selection of jewelry as well…Will definitely be back for more.

A month ago, I needed a chain for a pendant. I was greeted by a tall young man named TJ. He spent a great deal of time with me showing me several gold chains. I even purchased a birthday gift for a family member during the same visit. TJ was friendly and helpful. And when I returned to the store yesterday, I asked specifically for TJ. This time I received the same courteous service. TJ- Thanks for making my visits comfortable and memorable!
