We had the most magical experience with Broken Arrow Sleigh Rides in Park City, Utah! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The weather was beautiful, and the scenery was absolutely stunning—fresh white snow everywhere made it feel like a winter wonderland. Our drivers, Justin (the owner) and Kash, were fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. In the booking, it asks you where you would like to be picked up. We had indicated the lodge and not the hotel. Our Sleigh Ride "driver" was waiting at the wrong location for 10 minutes before we called and asked where he was. This was a mistake on his part yet, he did not make up for being 10 minutes late and cut into our time. Then the entire ride he lawned incredible loudly minute after minute. It was very pretty scenery but I live in Park City and won't be referring this to guests or going back myself.
It was a beautiful experience. Copper was an extremely patient and well behaved horse. I am really happy with my journey and his rider was a great guide.🤍
