Took my MG5 In for its 10K service, wanted to have it service from where I bought it, extremely happy with the sales girl Chloe but DONT take your car back to be serviced, I checked the car when I got home and the oil was only just registering on the lipstick, the car had No Oil, not only paid for the service but had to spend another $92 to fill the engine with oil, rang and was told the oil was changed along with filter, wasted it was test driven but only test drive was from workshop to carpark, on arriving home and checkin... read more
My experience was positive. The sales person, Chloe, was very friendly, respectful and polite. She was not pushy as I have experienced at other caryards before this but gave me time to think and consider what I wanted to do. She kept me informed via text messages and was always prompt in replying to any messages I sent. On the day I collected the car she was friendly and patient. Thank you Sam for dropping everything and assisting me straight away with my enquiry.
