Sam, my salesperson, was extremely helpful and polite, and not pushy. Had exactly what I wanted on the lot, so no waiting months for a car. Have spoken to Sam with queries, since taking the car, and nothing is too much trouble. Very very happy with my new car and service at KIA Brendale is awesome.

Our Kia had steering issues and was brought to Brendale Kia. Within 3 days our car was fixed and ready to go. The service was most professional and friendly, the repairs not too expensive. This is one on the best service centres in Brisbane North, I highly recommend it.
Great service from Kia Brendale when fixing a warranty issue with my car: Pleasant lounge to wait in and a courtesy bus to take you around the area if you wish and pick you up. The car was finished on time as promised and everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous and very helpful
Excellent personal contact every time with Steve. He made sure we knew what was happening and answered every query we had. Steve also took the time to go over all the bits in the car, including connecting my phone. He was also really busy on the day we picked up the car and still have is personal attention, which I assume he gives everyone, based on our interaction with him.
