This is the only service department that I take my truck to. Mason has always worked so well with me. They have a comfortable waiting area, if you need to wait while your vehicle is being serviced, and Mason has always gone above and beyond to help me out. About a month ago I purchased a vehicle that turned out to not be so great, and rather than telling me to “get lost” due to the as-is purchase agreement Bob Poynter went above and beyond to get me in a reliable vehicle and compensate for the headache caused by the other vehicle. Hopefully I’ll be in this vehicle for years to come, but next time we need a vehicle, I know where we are going!

After having my car towed for the 2nd time after purchasing brand new off the lot with more transmission issues. I was rarely updated during the 7 week process. They let the ATF fluid bake on my car during the summer heat. My paint and chrome is starting to come off the grill and bumper cover. I'm always happy with the service we receive at Bob Pointer. Currently they have our Nissan truck and I know they're doing everything they can to get it fixed! The fellas in the service department are great. We've purchased at least four vehicles from this location in the last few years. I highly recommend Tyler in sales.
