In September, I recently purchased my second vehicle from Bob Poynter.Sadly my first car was totaled. I went in to let them know about the accident and wasn’t expecting anything really. In the last few weeks I have had to have our truck serviced at Bob Poynter GM. Roger my service advisor was great to work with, and him working with my warranty on the truck. Their was a transmission problem then tire sensors not working. He was patient on working with me and the warranty company. I dropped my car off and got a loaner car to use while the service department fixed my front windshield wiper linkage. Drop off was quick and easy, and everyone was very friendly. They fixed it quickly and GM covered the repair because it was a known issue for my vehicle model and year. I was very pleased with the entire experience.
What an excellent car purchasing experience! We were in a crunch for time and they made it happen for us! Also ordered some floor mats for me and got me a second key fob(big deal to me). Kyle was our salesman and he was top notch! Thanks again!!!
