What a true pleasure it was to work with Joe Browning. No pressure just listening to what we needed, working within our budget and providing complete support throughout the buying experience. When I identified a minor issue with the vehicle after purchase, Joe set me up and appointment and gave me a loaner. The matter was resolved quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure doing business with this Bob Poynter dealership. Tyler was not pushy, and very personable. After visiting a different dealership about a month ago and being infuriated upon leaving I swore I wouldn’t buy anything from a dealership again. However, I found an older truck I was interested at this dealership and relented and went and looked at it. My wife and I were so pleased with the experience that we ended up buying a new Buick while we there too. Great job. We will be back.
