Bob Poynter did a great job with my oil change and tire rotation for my vehicle. I was able to make an appointment and everything was completed in a timely manner. The service technician kept me well informed also. Highly recommend this dealership.

Poynter Chevrolet service department did a good job on the hitch install and oil change on our Terrain. They kept us informed on the progress of the job, and the finished product looks really good. They set us up with a loaner car so we did not have any inconvenience. We always have a good experience when dealing with Poynter's.

Fantastic experience. Any issue that has popped up on my vehicle has been fixed through Poynter. I’ve placed all my trust in them and they’ve delivered each time. Not only is the work done correctly but the timeline is incredibly fast. I will be a lifetime customer because of their consistent integrity.
