This is the only service department that I take my truck to. Mason has always worked so well with me. They have a comfortable waiting area, if you need to wait while your vehicle is being serviced, and Mason has always gone above and beyond to help me out. I had my Cadillac CT6 oil changed at Bob Poynter. The service was fast, clean, and we were even given a $20 coupon to help with the bill. Great place with great service.
About a month ago I purchased a vehicle that turned out to not be so great, and rather than telling me to “get lost” due to the as-is purchase agreement Bob Poynter went above and beyond to get me in a reliable vehicle and compensate for the headache caused by the other vehicle. Hopefully I’ll be in this vehicle for years to come, but next time we need a vehicle, I know where we are going!
The service department took great care of us with our recent visit. No matter the department we deal with from Sales, Service, and the Body Shop we have been shown top notch service! The Service department recently kept us up to speed on what was going on with our suburban, let us know step by step what was happening and Billy Brown made sure we had another suburban to drive while ours was in the shop.
