In the last few weeks I have had to have our truck serviced at Bob Poynter GM. Roger my service advisor was great to work with, and him working with my warranty on the truck. Their was a transmission problem then tire sensors not working. He was patient on working with me and the warranty company. I then had a dent removed at Bob Poynter Collision Center, I'm very happy with the work. I appreciate all that has been done in the last few weeks and the truck runs and looks great. What an excellent car purchasing experience! We were in a crunch for time and they made it happen for us! Also ordered some floor mats for me and got me a second key fob(big deal to me). Kyle was our salesman and he was top notch! Thanks again!!!

We purchased our Yukon from Poynters. While driving home from our son’s chemo appointment at Peyton Manning, the brakes went out. Poynters took care of us in the service department that day. We will always be grateful for the assistance during a dark time in our life. Thank you!
