We wrecked our truck. They help us deal with insurance and all. Matt was the greatest help I have ever dealt with. He did what he said,and went beyond our expectations to make sure we stayed happy. Before and after pics. Did a great job.
These guys are awesome. Got into an accident and had a tight timeline. They did what they could to get me back on the road without hassling me for extra business. I only paid for a little bit of labor and now I'm on my way. Next time I need a collision center I'm coming back to these guys.
I recently purchased a used vehicle via the internet from Bob Poynter. The vehicle was promptly delivered. Upon inspection I found a dent that wasn’t detected in the pictures online. I contacted the sales staff and forwarded a few pictures of the area. The sales staff was very accommodating and responded quickly to repair the issue. Bob Poynter’s Collision Service fixed and replaced my bumper quick, fast and promptly contacted me when the repair was completed. They previously service my car in January when it was hit on drivers side on the interstate. They’re quick, knowledgeable, very polite and down to earth. Great group of guys there and I would absolutely go back to them to handle all my collisions needs and I highly recommend them.
Had a great experience here. I had some issues come up and had to break a couple of appointments. They were very understanding. The work they did was great and very professional. Highly recommend.
