I just bought a used Ford diesel pickup from an out of state dealership and am looking for a local dealer with a service department to help me keep it maintained. Poynter had good reviews when I searched for a dealer and I gave them a call. I needed the computer updated. They are not cheap but who is? Did NOT fix the problems it was taken in for. They replaced the back up camera/radio, it's still not working right. The fan motor wasn't fixed, it was a switch or solenoid that my husband had to replace, the other one was burnt, they didn't even check it, just put in on their "computer" which said the fan was working properly... It is now after Mike replaced what he did. All I can say is, WOW, just WOW! NOT impressed! Not to mention they'd had the van for a week before they even looked at it.
I have trusted Randy Smith and Les Solomon. For over 15yrs with all my vehicle decisions. And trust me when I say there has been a lot of them.
By far the best people to deal with regarding everything from sales (personally recommend Randy, as he is who we dealt with. But all are phenomenal) to service and parts ( again we dealt with Tony, great guy and no nonsense). Only place I will deal with regarding purchasing to service of a vehicle. We love how they were when purchasing our 2024 Durango, and servicing our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
