Great service and associates! Our SUV was running bad while traveling on a Sunday evening, pulled into the dealership when they opened up on Monday. They were very understanding and pulled it into be diagnosed, repairs made and was on our way back home four hours away around lunchtime. We are so thankful for you and your associates that fixed our vehicle, Thank you again so much!
Unfortunately, we’ve been less than impressed. We’ve had several issues since buying our truck. Most recently they had our truck for a week to tell us the air conditioning was working improperly because it was over freon by a little over an ounce. This is despite the fact that it’s been running well since it needed a new compressor last year. They also failed to address the noise coming from the steering column.
Andy my service advisor was very friendly also very busy. They did a great job fixing my air conditioning in my Loretta. But will be working extra hours to pay the bill back to bank but won't sweat driving to and from thanks to you!
Shout out to Jerry and the very professional receptionist team! They helped me and my family get back on the road quickly when we needed service! Very lucky to have been helped by this service team! Also shout out to the sales guy who walked out to greet me and walked away after I said my car was in service!
