Terrible service, communication. Overall bad experience. I've given them multiple chances to redeem themselves and it gets worse every time. I took our jeep in to have diag done on it was a little over 160$. I go to pick it up cause THEY told me it was done. I get there and am expecting to have a quote written up for the cost of repairs they said it supposedly needs (whole new engine, front breaks/lines). I get there and they aren't done with it and they have no quote written up for anything. I have since waited over 3 weeks... read more

Always nice and seems to care about your vehicle. One visit turned to two, cause of problem getting part for recall. Thought price was alittle high, but with raising cost of everything it could be fair.

My wife and I were traveling N bound on 65 just S of Indianapolis. We pulled off for the night in Seymour Indiana. As we pulled into the Cracker Barrel for the evening we noticed all of the engine coolant spewing out from the engine onto the ground. The next morning I called Bob Poynter CDJR FORD IN Seymour to see if they could help. We drove 4-5 blocks down the road to the dealership. There we talked with Andy one of their service reps. I always have a good experience getting my maintenance done at Poynters. This appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2019 Cherokee. Staff is always friendly and efficient. I was m out the door within 40 minutes of getting there, and part of that time was friendly chatter while I was paying. Pointers is my go to for service!
