Almost the entire purchase was handled via the internet and emails through Jeff McIntyre. When I did arrive at the dealership to take possession of the vehicle, everything was prearranged and ready to go. Perhaps I spent 30 minutes in the dealership before the keys were handed over. That alone made me a satisfied customer. The staff at Bob Poynter were all pleasant, prepared and gracious, and I thank them for making the vehicle purchase process a pleasant one.
