Talk about customer service! This morning Macy ran into our room telling us her loaner car from Poynter’s locked its self while letting it de-frost for her to leave for work. Brian and I were not awake yet but my mind was racing. We started reaching out to Trent and Beth. Asking Trent for help. Then I remembered Amy worked in the service department.
