I didn't feel pressured to buy Good customer service and they patiently waited on me as I was the last customer of the day. I wish they still offered free oil changes with used vehicles like I had with my previous car. Go and visit with Javier at 1 Kane St in Baltimore.
2016 Corolla Purchasing my car from this dealership was a wonderful ending to a long journey. The salesman was excellent. The Financing Manager needs better customer service, time management and communication skills. However, I would utilize this dealership again. The store manager and salesperson was the best!

Superb car buying experience My salesman Harrison provided excellent customer service. He listened to my needs and wants. I originally had an appointment to test drive and purchase a 2019 Equinox. There was no pressure to buy and he showed my other options based on my needs. I came back the next day with my husband and brought a 2020 Equinox Premier.
No pressure buying experience Dave Stevenson was my sales consultant. He was very patient with me and was extremely polite. At no time did I feel pressured into buying something or adding something I didn’t want. He made sure to help me get the best deal possible. I highly recommend buying from him. And I’ll be sure to buy from him again in the future.
Great experience Very happy with overall purchase experience. Trade in value was a little short on what I wanted but they reduced the price of the vehicle I was purchasing so I was very happy. Two days after purchase of the used vehicle I noticed a dent and the dealership took care of it free of charge. Absolutely recommend bob bell for vehicle purchase/service.
service dept. even thou things are written in black n white you can make exceptions.....want to thank all that was involved. I bought 2 brand new trucks the past 3years n look forward to coming back.
I love this place ! The buying process was easy, it took a little long buying the car but the customer service was amazing and the car drove smooth. I still take my car to get serviced at the dealership and the service is always great! I totally recommend them.
