Good service, friendly sales people I had a great experience buying a used car from this dealership. Like buying any used car you need to work at getting a good price but the sales people were honest and straightforward and in the end I got the deal I was looking for.
used car experience I visited Bob Bell last week to purchase a used vehicle. I received a call from the salesman Saturday morning informing me that he would lower the price if I was still interested. I cancelled my appointment to visit the dealer again. After expressing interest in buying the vehicle I was asked to speak to the manager. I was quoted a price much more that the day before. I was trying to get the vehicle for my sons birthday.
What a Great Experience I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. I had a wonderful experience last week while searching for two new vehicles. From my initial contact with Andrew over the internet, to our salesman, Gaurav who spent half an afternoon getting us the best deal, to George who finalized the deal, it was a pleasure spending our holiday weekend shopping for two new vehicles for my husband and I. Thanks again for all your help
In the weirdest places I am writing in about an experience this past week I had with a gentleman that is starting out at a dealership that has not even worked a day there. We got chatting at the local grocery store about vehicles and such and he had informed me about a dealership he was going to be starting at here in Baltimore. I went back to show the dealer the problem and was told by the manager they can't help me with that. He said if they fixed every little problem I'd would have paid a xxxx of a lot more for the truck.
