I had a great experience at Black Orchid! Bailey did an amazing job cutting my hair. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, paid attention to every detail, and made sure I was happy with the final result. The haircut turned out even better than I expected. Bailey is professional, friendly, and very talented. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great haircut. I’ll definitely be back!
Being an apprentice is hard enough. Being asked to do bald fade early in your apprenticeship is just brutal. Dealing with the unevenness of fading your lines vs. dealing where hair is actually thinning is a big ask as nothing is symmetrical but Nik absolutely killed it. I walked in right before they closed with a botched haircut. I had a skin fade that was 1.5 inches higher than the other. They had an empty chair and welcomed me immediately with no hesitation. Dillon was AWESOME. I didn’t really know what to do because so much of my hair was already gone. He and the other barbers bounced ideas off of me and it felt like they were really trying to get me right for a problem they didn’t cause. Tanner was the man. I’ve gone to the same barber for 6 years but was in a pinch and needed help before the weekend. Tanner knew exactly what to do, listened to my requests, and provided great conversation throughout. Good person, fun to talk to, and even better barber. Highly recommend seeing Tanner
Stephanie was honestly extremely refreshing. Not only is her skill next level, she seemed to just have fun with cutting my hair, and that made the whole experience very enjoyable. I love the style with the cut she did, and the tips/recommendations she gave me for after-care gave a lot of confidence. Go check them out!
