We've been going to Black Orchid since it's original location but started going to the Keystone location since it's the closest. We've never had a barber that disappoints and that was no exception today! Marcus took care of our 11 year old who has a picture day coming up and nailed it! He was great with our son and checking in to make sure he liked everything. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great experience and cut ✂️
Did an AMAZING job on my son’s hair. It’s his first ever time going to a barber shop, he went in wanting something extremely specific and they did a great job bringing what he wanted to life! He wanted lines and a fade and he looks amazing for his first week of school now! Thank you so much for your patience with him! In and out, extremely professional and got my 9 year old a current faded style cut by Jason. Great feel and this place has several key locations. It's the full barber experience. 👍💈
I was in town for a wedding and needed a cut. I had made a reservation at the SoBro location. Day of my appointment I got a call saying they needed to reschedule. It was the freaking owner! So they rescheduled me out at Keystone at the Crossing. I bop out there and Kasey is waiting for me. She gave me a great cut, threw in a beard trim for the trouble(which it really wasn’t) and bam! I’m ready for the wedding. Clearly a class operation. Kasey was amazing. I’d go back in a heartbeat if I lived here. Check it out.
I've gotten my hair cut at three different Black Orchid barbershops by like 5 different stylists and have always loved every haircut. I highly recommend Cassie, she is especially lovely and her attention to detail is impeccable.
