We've been going to Black Orchid since it's original location but started going to the Keystone location since it's the closest. We've never had a barber that disappoints and that was no exception today! Marcus took care of our 11 year old who has a picture day coming up and nailed it! He was great with our son and checking in to make sure he liked everything. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great experience and cut ✂️

I had a great first experience at Black Orchid Barbers at Keystone at the Crossing. I’d never been there before and had never met my stylist, KD, prior to this appointment. I went in with long hair that I’d been growing out for over a year, so this was not a casual haircut for me and I was honestly a bit nervous. I had sent a reference photo ahead of time, but once I arrived I showed her a different reference on my phone for both the front and the back. Had an apprentice do my hair today. You could tell he was still a bit new. But I appreciate how he took his time and even asked another barber there for help. Was a bit longer than hoped for but I would definitely go back. Also, loved the hot towel treatment at the end, it was very relaxing.

I’ve been a client of Casey twice now. Once at the SoBro location and once at the Keystone location. She is talented! She’s very good at her job! She’s also warm and friendly to talk with. Both locations are great and Casey is too! Highly recommended!

My son has struggled with finding the right barber for his curly hair. We booked with Nick and he definitely created a repeat client! The shop was clean and organized and the staff was friendly and attentive. Prices were in line with what I expected.
