Lucy did a fantastic job of using my reference photos and talking through what I wanted for my haircut. She is a delight and she even took fresh photos for my next haircut.
I want to shout out the Black Orchid business model. Today, I was given an apprentice barber. I was told up front that I was going to have an apprentice and it would be free. I did have a little bit of a wait but I will say that I had exceptional experience. The apprentice took a great deal of time to get my haircut right and gave me a menu of options for each part of my haircut. The atmosphere inside was unique with the subway tile. Damien is a great barber. Got chat and great haircut, bear trim and shave. Sad to see you leave this location. I’ll have to visit Fountain Square sometime.
I had my cut from Dillon ( hoped I spelled it correctly) an apprentice and he did a good job. Zach the trainer was knowledgeable and hands on in the training when need be. Good and clean work space. Gained a new customer and I will definitely be back!
Leticia is the truth, a great attitude but even better is she has great shaving technique. Very happy with her service and she has gained a new client!
