Great vibe all around, 10/10 cuts every single time. Totally recommend Damien. on the more premium side but totally worth it, these people care about your hair and not getting you out the door.

Wanted to go from long hair to short and Damien got me right! Nice guy, great cut and tough Pokémon shirt. Oh and the hot towel was soothing too. What else do you need??

EDIT: since my initial review I have had correspondence with the owner of Black Orchid, Travis, and his is aware of the noise issue and is actively trying to resolve the problem. I am bumping my review up to 4 stars. Again my only issue is the music which is not Black Orchids fault but it does affect your experience while you are there. Butchered my beard trying to do it myself, think 2 year old left alone with scissors. Jason worked his magic and all is better. I've had many barbers at Black Orchid and NEVER have had a complaint. They are the only group I trust my beard to in Indy!

Black Orchid @ 16 Tech is one of the best barber places in Indy. It was my first times getting hair done and I was nervous but Damien Lopez did it best! I consider this as my go to spot
