The technicians are very knowledgeable and come in and complete the inspections with little assistance from me. I like how the inspections are performed and then the reports are emailed to me. If there are any issues, they call me. Technicians are also very professional and courteous with our staff and residents.
I'm a Facility Manager and anytime I have an issue or have to have something serviced they are on top of it and this make my job a lot easier .. Thanks For The Good Work!!!
