The receptionists are very rude and ill-mannered. I am referring to those who were there on March 6, 2025. How sad for them, I think they hate their jobs.
We have been using BFPE International for many years. However, today we received an invoice with THOUSANDS of dollars overcharge. When we contacted them, we spoke with "Katie," who just informed us that she could see there were some clerical errors on the bill. For example, they charged us $3,507.15 for a 5lb extinguisher service, which she said should have been $3.50 total! Where did those other numbers come from...this isn't just a clerical error?.?. Employee driving Vehicle ID 1311 driving through stop sign intersections without stopping in White Marsh, MD on 12/23 @ 2:25pm. Honking his horn and giving people the finger. What a great way to represent the company while driving in a company vehicle.
I bought some used water extinguishers from BFPE and have been getting them inspected and serviced there ever since. They are fast, friendly and reasonable. The service department in the new location is customer oriented.
