After interviewing, i was offered to become a backflow prevention inspector and a lead person, which it sounds as it was a promising career . So, at the Chesapeake office, they handed me 11 books for me to read within a window of 6 mo. So I can pass the test. So, 4 months into service with BFPE, they are sending me to Chantilly VA. Employee driving Vehicle ID 1311 driving through stop sign intersections without stopping in White Marsh, MD on 12/23 @ 2:25pm. Honking his horn and giving people the finger. What a great way to represent the company while driving in a company vehicle.
We have been using BFPE International for many years. However, today we received an invoice with THOUSANDS of dollars overcharge. When we contacted them, we spoke with "Katie," who just informed us that she could see there were some clerical errors on the bill. For example, they charged us $3,507.15 for a 5lb extinguisher service, which she said should have been $3.50 total! Where did those other numbers come from...this isn't just a clerical error?.?. From the reviews and ratings I can see this company needs some changes. With that said van #1535 is going to kill someone if he keeps driving like how he is and the hang gestures are not what you want to see when your basically driving a billboard with your company's name plaster all over it. I wouldn't recommend anyone using this company and from the reviews it looks like they need to take driving improvement classes. I bought some used water extinguishers from BFPE and have been getting them inspected and serviced there ever since. They are fast, friendly and reasonable. The service department in the new location is customer oriented.
