As property elder at my church the last 6 years, I have been happy with them until today. No emergency call today. In the past I got hold of a technician for emergency service. We have an alarm going off at the church and no one to contact. I've called the local number and the 1-800 number. Both numbers ring and ring until I get a recording that the number won't let me complete the call.

My company uses BFPE for our fire suppression sprinkler system. We have been having a lot of issues with our panel lately. BFPE is always very efficient and knowledgeable. Last night we had a sprinkler line bust in our parking garage at 2am. I believe the techs name was Cameron who came out at 4am for the fix. He did a great job. Super quick and professional.

We needed some Fire extinguisher 🧯 inspected. I was able to get them done in a same day service taking them to there facility. Staff was friendly. Thank you for your help.

I would highly recommend this company, this was our second year with them, the first year we came to them for service's and switching out our fire extinguisher and they were so helpful! This year they came directly to our business Paws N Claws Grooming and onces again they were great to work with and so convenient! Thank you so very much!! My extinguishers are always ready at my business thanks to you all. We actually had to use one recently and your equipment did not disappoint, nipped that flame in the bud. I will recommend you to everyone.
