This company treats safety like a cash cow. They demand purchase of unneeded services and products for them to work with you. I have realized that the service they provide is a racket and darn near theft . Shame on them for ripping people off!
If they work as they drive I wouldn't let them touch anything
Not worth the risk. Technician (Alec) very hit or miss with the work done and serviced by him. Caught him in a phone conversation with his upper management trying to get me to re schedule a appointment. Up charge me on labor fee's even tho the work was not presented on arrival. Twice i have caught him relaxing in his van. This is not what i spend money on to run a business with a well rep company. I ran 3 franchises and never had no issues until recently this past month. These guys are amazing! They couldn't be more helpful or friendly. I actually look forward to this errand each year because the gentlemen who work here have the market on service quality and manners.
Excited to be coming back for extinguisher service in a few days! The guys in the back are the best. They even taught my kids how to use extinguishers!
