Dr. Clayton was excellent; however, there was an issue with billing. Before the appointment, I was clearly told that my insurance was accepted. After the examination was completed, I was informed that the provider is in-network only for eye emergencies, not for routine checkups. As a result, I was charged 80% of the cost and had to pay $256 out of pocket for a simple routine checkup, which has always been fully covered for me for many years at other locations. Please be aware of this issue.
Needed a quick fix on some eyeglasses. Stopped in and was told by their optometrist it was against their company policy to help. Too bad as not only was this bad customer service but I need new lenses and would’ve likely given them my business. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Dr. Hamza took the time to explain options she could provide to treat dry eyes. I felt she was knowledgeable, pleasant and very thorough. I'm going to try her recommendations and have a follow up in 2 months. I'm hoping for a great improvement.
Dr Hamza is an Excellent Doctor. She does her job very thoroughly and explains everything in detail.
