Love Dr. Dela Rea! I have had a couple of interactions with her now (whole family has established here as new patients recently) and she is thorough, professional, kind and takes the time to explain everything in detail without rushing her patients. Being in healthcare myself, I know what this takes and I appreciate it. So far, the only experience I have had with their eye-wear dept is ordering some contact lenses for my daughter, which were more expensive than Costco (therefore I may not use their services there anymore). Dr. Nurmeen Hamza has been treating me for at least 7 years for severe dry eye syndrome as well.as other eye and vision needs. She has been, by far, the best eye doctor I have ever had. Before becoming her patient, and seeing numerous other doctors, I was resigned to living with dry eye disease as a permanent "disability". But her treatment and expertise have improved my condition tremendously and my quality of life. I highly recommend her to anyone for their vision needs!!
It was a great experience from start to finish. Dr. Clayton was not only highly professional and knowledgeable but also had a fantastic sense of humor that made the visit enjoyable. The check-up was thorough, and Dr. Clayton took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the whole process smooth and pleasant.
Really nice new location, TONS of frames to look at and try on during short wait to be seen. Dr. Clayton is great, always a pleasure to talk to, he puts a lot of effort into patient's understanding of eye health and options on glasses and such. Fantastic service and these guys go the extra mile to get 100% customer satisfaction.
The staff and doctor I saw were all super friendly and helpful! After seeing several different doctors over almost a two year period for dry eye pain and irritation, Dr Hamza took a positive and proactive approach. Other doctors didn’t offer me any new options when initial treatments didn’t provide relief, and I felt dismissed. Dr. Hamza was very knowledgeable and empathetic and is motivated to work with me to find a solution. Now I have hope that my eye irritation can improve!
