Staff were pleasant and efficient. Dr. Hamza took the time to explain options she could provide to treat dry eyes. I felt she was knowledgeable, pleasant and very thorough. I'm going to try her recommendations and have a follow up in 2 months. I'm hoping for a great improvement.
Dr Hamza is an Excellent Doctor. She does her job very thoroughly and explains everything in detail.
great staff, great doctors, super easy to book with and they took the extra effort to make sure everything was covered prior to my appt.
The eye doctor there made my red eyes go away immediately after I had seen prior eye doctors who just key the issue in stasis and made no dent for years. Furthermore, the eye doctor at Bellevue Vision Clinic took the time to explain the underlying mechanism behind my issue and even read some recent papers comparing different treatments before recommending the best treatment. This is how it should work!
Love Dr. Dela Rea! I have had a couple of interactions with her now (whole family has established here as new patients recently) and she is thorough, professional, kind and takes the time to explain everything in detail without rushing her patients. Being in healthcare myself, I know what this takes and I appreciate it. So far, the only experience I have had with their eye-wear dept is ordering some contact lenses for my daughter, which were more expensive than Costco (therefore I may not use their services there anymore).
