This used to be a great store to deal with. I was a regular customer, buying banknotes frequently. At most other shops I deal with, loyalty is appreciated and prices improve over time — not here. Yesterday, I asked what the best price would be on a banknote, and the response I received was, “Why should you get a deal?” That attitude alone was enough to end the transaction. So went to see him today about a coin. He offered 1583 at first for the coin. Known full well it was a superman gold coin. It’s weight and everything. We said ok deal, he then changed his offer to 1125 for the coin even thought it is in mint shape. When I pointed out that his web page states that coin at that weight is 1425 he say ok I will honour it at that price. The guy is nothing more than a snake oil salesman man. I went to their downtown location off of Jasper Avenue in that area and I was looking for German World War II items.
