Great Stay in Newport Beach! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The garage had plenty of space for our car and bikes, and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved being so close to the beach, grocery store, and lots of great restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!
Place could definitely use a makeover! Unfortunately it wasn't clean even the patio area no one took time to rinse off the area. Just fell dirty. And towels they only supplied 4 towels for a 3 night stay!, for 5 people. They had a notice on fridge if you wanted mitre ti call a number!! Why wouldn't there just be towels in the house. There was plenty of storage. 2 huge holes in the screen with the sliding glass door too. We have an Airbnb and. I have great amenities, beach towels, toweled , room are super clean
We had a fantastic experience renting through Balboa Realty! Great rental, this house is an awesome location (a 2 minute walk to the beach) in a very quiet neighborhood. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the fun zone. It’s nicely decorated and recently updated. The mother in law suite is nicer in person and was great for my mother in law to have her own space! The kitchen was well stocked.
