Very nice views of the beach and ocean from the 2nd floor balcony. Boardwalk with convenient walks to shops, cafes, convenience stores is very nice. Within the unit are some good points but it also needs some obvious upgrades.
Ace Garage Door & Gate Co has truly enjoyed working with Balboa Realty. Their team is professional, communicative, and always on top of things. Harmony especially has been amazing to work with she is always on it with communication, incredibly sweet, understanding, and truly cares about getting things handled quickly and smoothly. We had an excellent stay at this rental home. Everything was exactly as described, and the space was spotless upon arrival. You can tell the hosts take cleanliness seriously—every room, surface, and amenity was well-maintained and fresh. The house we rented managed by Balboa Realty was beautiful and clean. I loved the rental, it was very spacious and loved that we each had our own en suite. My only suggestion would be to add beach towels to the rental. Don't know if that is not offered by the owner and that is why there aren't any? Balboa was wonderful to deal with and very responsive to any inquires we had. Thank you!!
