Lived in a house leased by Austin Vestors for 3 years. Had a mostly good experience overall. Usually always took care of any maintenance problems or questions I had quickly. Never really had any issues. Was a great first home for me! Would definitely recommend to others.
I strongly advise anyone considering renting a property from this company to reconsider. We moved in 2 weeks ago and have had to put in SIX maintenance requests so far. My partner and I moved into a new rental over 2 weeks ago. The process has been a complete mess and disappointment from the start, and we continue to have issues. The unit was not move-in ready as promised. It obviously was not cleaned at all - floors are dirty, windows and blinds are covered in dust, cobwebs, and bugs. Austin vestors is a terrible management company who has not addressed any issues brought to them and doesn’t answer or return any phone calls . Would not recommend
