My experience with John, Sabrina, Gigi and team has been a delightful experience. I’m grateful for the time John spent with me digging into my health in conjunction with an extensive panel of bloodwork and data that went beyond what my primary care physician to make sure that we see the full picture to then identify root cause and a path forward. I was amazed that Dr. Roy reviewed the 20 pages of health information I uploaded before my initial consult and came with a full page of notes and questions. I love the personal attention you get with Austin MD. This is not your typical medical factory where you spend 2-3 minutes get a generic set of answers, a prescription, and “I will see you in 30 days” as the doc walks about to his next appointment. I wanted someone who would listen to my health goals and objectives, my challenges and help me devise a plan on how to achieve them. I met w/Dr Roy yesterday and explained what's been going on and lab results. I know I'm a complex case, and he thought a friend of his would be a better fit. In today's world where people are so money driven-I was extremely thankful he didn't just say sure I can help you, when in reality he thought his referral would be better for me.
