My experience with John, Sabrina, Gigi and team has been a delightful experience. I’m grateful for the time John spent with me digging into my health in conjunction with an extensive panel of bloodwork and data that went beyond what my primary care physician to make sure that we see the full picture to then identify root cause and a path forward. My journey is just beginning. I’m excited to get my body’s health back on track and I am so grateful for the AustinMD team. 🙏🏼
I fully recommend using this facility…. I get my blood work done, I get my IV with NAD monthly. Dr. Roy sits down with me and goes over my bloodwork to see where I’m needing supplements, etc. Just an overall great experience and I’ll never go anywhere else to get this done. The communication is top-notch. All the staff by far is the best that I deal with when it comes to customer service. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
John Gonzalez took his time to listen to my health history and goals so I can become my best self yet at the age of 60!! I was impressed with his knowledge about inflammation in the body and his overall care. It was a great experience.
I met w/Dr Roy yesterday and explained what's been going on and lab results. I know I'm a complex case, and he thought a friend of his would be a better fit. In today's world where people are so money driven-I was extremely thankful he didn't just say sure I can help you, when in reality he thought his referral would be better for me.
