I met w/Dr Roy yesterday and explained what's been going on and lab results. I know I'm a complex case, and he thought a friend of his would be a better fit. In today's world where people are so money driven-I was extremely thankful he didn't just say sure I can help you, when in reality he thought his referral would be better for me. The entire team provides such a high level of care. I find it hard to experience primary care physicians when Dr. John and team exist. Dr. John listens and treats you like he would treat his family. Between autoimmune and other conditions, this place has saved my life over and over.

I was amazed that Dr. Roy reviewed the 20 pages of health information I uploaded before my initial consult and came with a full page of notes and questions. I especially appreciated how well he listened to all of my concerns and kept asking, "Is there anything else?" I love the personal attention you get with Austin MD. This is not your typical medical factory where you spend 2-3 minutes get a generic set of answers, a prescription, and “I will see you in 30 days” as the doc walks about to his next appointment. I wanted someone who would listen to my health goals and objectives, my challenges and help me devise a plan on how to achieve them. Austin MD is always amazing 🤩 they are always so kind, sweet and very helpful with me when I visit the office for any procedure I’m there for. The wellness department is top notch and I would recommend them to any of my colleagues and friends. They are definitely my go to here in Austin. Thanks for everything.
