Every trip to the Audi dealer in Reno has been exceptional. Everyone there is very friendly and kind and they really deliver on their service. Shout out to Brandon and the parts department guy! They really explain things in a way I understood.
I purchased a Avont RS6 From John, the sales person. Hands down the worst sales person I’ve ever dealt with. I questioned him about some of the options that I had ordered with him and did not receive. He had the audacity to tell me that if you believe a car salesman, you are stupid. I discussed this with the management at Audi and they said they could not do anything about what The salesman had disclosed. They apologized for any confusion, but would not remedy any of the issues.
