Thank you to Audi Reno Tahoe for such a great experience. I Just bought a 2023 Audi Q5 and I am in love with it!! The whole process was seamless. Thank you to My sales guy Sebastian, Angel who took me on my test drive and the sales manger Bernard. They all too such great care of me. They got me in and out on the road in no time. We always appreciate the helpful staff and thorough work from their service department. Audi Reno Tahoe is, hands down, the best dealership in Reno. We have never left feeling less than in any way. Want a car? They will get it for you. Need work done quick? They make it happen. Something got screwed up and you now have to deal with how to address a problem with them? No sweat - they are consummate professionals. Wish they sold every make of new vehicle, so we never had to go anywhere else.
My husband and I worked with Preston at Audi after being disappointed in another car we had purchased elsewhere. Preston was amazing, helpful, kind, and congenial. We’re so in love with our Audi. It’s exactly what we were looking for and drives like a dream.
I was able to book an appointment quickly and have my service preformed in a very timely manner. Gave me a ride home and offered to pick me up when my car was done, now a days that is a precious quality some places lack. Car serviced as expected and completed in the time promised. Matt is a very calm presence and always has the time and expertise to explain and answer my silly questions.
My service consultant Brendan was great! There was a lot of little issues with my car that was under an outside warranty and he was able to negotiate with them to cover almost every repair I needed, and kept my out of pocket costs way lower than I had expected. My car runs and feels great now. Thank you Brendan and the service team!
