Installation was timely, expertly done with attention to details, clean & polite workers completed the 12 hour installation in one day before the heat wave struck. I am very satisfied.
2 years now since my install. Every step of the way, Atticman has delighted me with their service people. I'm a member of their "Cool Club" so have a maintenance service every 6 months. "Highly recommend Atticman for their honesty and elite customer service. Our initial HVAC, Duct and whole-house fan installation a month ago ran into an issue where the contracted StealthPro 7.0 fan didn't fit, and a 5.0 was installed instead. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, Operations Manager Zak completely took care of us. He personally came out, re-measured the attic, and found a way to make the 7.0 system work. Great service as usual and very friendly technicians.
Logan was our technician. He was very thorough examining and evaluating every aspect of our A/C. He provided photos and explanations regarding the good and the bad as well as estimated cost for needed corrections. We felt Logan to be professional, personable, and honest with his advice. We would highly recommend Atticman.
