My sons and I love our duplex from Arthur Properties. Not only is it a nice home for us, but the area is nice as well. The people at Arthur Properties are always kind and helpful. If I need maintenance for any reason, they get to the issue quickly. I have no complaints whatsoever.

These apartments would be nice if they ever updated them. I'm pretty sure this is the original carpet. They're stuck in the 90's! And part of the linoleum in the kitchen is laid in strips instead of one full sheet! And my rent has gone up 3 times in the past year!

The apartment was amazing, they were super friendly, and when I had surgery they were extremely quick to work with me. The prices are a bit high but the apartments are VERY well maintained, so it's worth it. They also allowed us to have our two cats, which was great. We moved out only because we bought a place. Otherwise, we would have been more than happy to stay.

Sure talking with the staff they are nice but trust me they leave notes on everyone's door just about every day saying your doing this when you need to do this blah blah blah. Also NO ONE and I mean NO ONE cleans up after their dogs and to be honest they do nothing about it. If you're looking for a cheap apartment thats nic... read more
