Just want to give a HUGE shout out to Arthur Heating and Air for exceptional service today! They got my appointment scheduled upon calling in and came out asap! Rain or shine, they repaired our issues quickly with awesome service. 100% recommend if you are needing an HVAC company!
Awesome service!!! We really appreciated the care and respect that Marcos and Erick displayed for our home as they installed our new heating and air system. The system is far superior to our old one. David was my initial contact and was very professional, had great communication, and was fair in the pricing even when I questioned the quote. Kyler, Marcos and his crew were on-site earlier than the planned time to ensure they could get it done in a day and worked hard all day to get the system installed. When he discovered a larger issue with the system, he took the time to sit down with us and clearly explain our best options moving forward. His professionalism, excellent customer service, and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire experience stress-free. Jack was wonderful to work with, and we highly recommend him!
Arthur Heating & Air is the best HVAC company I have ever used! Clint and Kyler fixed the comfort-level of our challenging house, which multiple HVAC companies and the builder couldn't do over more than 20 years trying. I am extremely impressed with this company.
