Five stars for Aaron! He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. He showed me exactly what was wrong and even gave me some tips on how to maintain my system better in the future. I really value a technician who is willing to share their expertise rather than keeping things vague. Efficient, professional, and very thorough.

Jack is a Chad! Great guy! Arthur Heating & Air came through when we needed them most. Showed up real quick, checked everything out and found the issue we had. My AC is back up and running now, the doge is happy, the wife is happy. This company is really as great as the reviews are saying. If you’re looking for a company that will treat you right, Arthur is the one for you! Thank you Jack!

The technician did a thorough review of my 21 year old AC unit. While it still runs well it is having a problem when the outside temperature is above 95F due to the loss of R22 Freon which is extremely difficult to source legally. Good smaller company that hires well qualified techs.

Wonderful experience with this company yesterday! They came out same-day (in just a few hours), communicated well through text, and Jack and Jaxon were very kind, professional, and educational. Glad to have found a go-to HVAC company in Rowlett. They'll be the only ones I call from now on.
