Arthur Heating and Air did a replacement of my inside and outside A/C units. They were great from start to finish. Kaytee is one of the dispatchers she was very friendly and professional. Jack is one of the technicians and explained in detail all of our options to fix our air conditioner. We decided that it was time to fully replace since our old unit was 20 years old. Erick & Rob were amazing to do business with. They were able to install the next day & finished installing an entire unit in 7 hours. They have great financing plans & their bid came in below all the others I gathered for the exact same units. I highly recommend Arthur Heating & Air. It’s hard to find an honest AC company in Texas, Arthur Heating & Air are the exception. They will treat you right!
I have used Arthur Air for a couple years on my old system. All their techs are professional and courteous. This spring I decided to replace my 16 year old system. Clint gave me a very competitive bid with a great warranty. Erick and his team did a beautiful job on the install. I would recommend this company for AC repairs or if you are shopping for a new system. They also have an A+ BBB rating which I always look for in choosing a company.
If you need help with your AC Arthur's is the one to call! The young man they sent was super efficient and polite! He didn't try to talk me into additional services. I really appreciated the care and concern he showed.
Nerio with Arthur Heating and Air was very efficient and explained what he was doing and why. Replacement parts were immediately available on his truck and were replaced quickly. He explained that some parts that may be needed later but didn’t try to make a quick sale of those parts. Pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend Arthur Heating and Air for quick and quality service. I will keep them in my phone list.
