Jack is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He fixed our issue in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend! The girl I spoke to on the phone when scheduling was very pleasant as well.
Nerio Tarin came out this morning to do our summer AC tune-up. He did a great job cleaning and checking our outside units and then our inside units. I really like that the company replaces my filters and take the old ones if I have new ones available for them. Nerio showed me the temperatures coming out of the vents to verify the temps were good. Arthur Heating and Air took my early Saturday morning call and within a couple of hours, they sent out service technician Abel. He was friendly, knowledgeable and a very good listener as I had many questions. He also explained everything he was doing in detail as he checked all aspects of my A/C unit.
