We were so thrilled with our experience at American Trade Furniture ! The level of customer service and speed of delivery was amazing. Daryl and Chapin were so helpful in helping us pick our new couch while Aaron and Dale were on time and very professional during delivery. We are loving our new couch and will definitely be back!
The customer service is outstanding. Daryl and Chapin take the time to listen to their customers needs and the vision they have for their homes. They both helped me choose the perfect sectional and bedroom suit for my new home! Additionally they went above and beyond for my delivery. It was prompt and professional! I was unable to be present when the furniture was delivered and they sent me a lot of pictures making sure I was satisfied with their set up!! First I would like to give THANKS to Daryl for his great customer service and communication with me about when my furniture was going to be delivered.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love my 2 piece midnight madness sectional.😍👌🏾 Caught it at a great price for Black Friday sale. All of their furniture in there, you can get at a great price. I will be back for more. THANKS AGAIN❤️
Bedroom set was exactly as described. Daryl was very easy to work with, great price, fast communication, and quick delivery. I had the pieces unpacked and set up. The delivery guys (sorry didn’t get names) were very nice, friendly and courteous. This will be the first place I shop for any future furniture needs!
American Trade is the best!! Daryl goes above and beyond to make each and every customer happy. I have been nothing but pleased with my experience. His communication skills and willingness to work with each and every customer is outstanding along with his professionalism. I have purchased a Realyn bedroom suit through him along with a Dellara 2 piece sectional for my mom.
