The customer service is outstanding. Daryl and Chapin take the time to listen to their customers needs and the vision they have for their homes. They both helped me choose the perfect sectional and bedroom suit for my new home! Additionally they went above and beyond for my delivery. It was prompt and professional! I was unable to be present when the furniture was delivered and they sent me a lot of pictures making sure I was satisfied with their set up!! We were so thrilled with our experience at American Trade Furniture ! The level of customer service and speed of delivery was amazing. Daryl and Chapin were so helpful in helping us pick our new couch while Aaron and Dale were on time and very professional during delivery. We are loving our new couch and will definitely be back!
