Very unwelcoming staff. No greeting upon arrival from any of the three elderly white lady employees just gossiping at the front end. I was instead stared down by all three until I broke the silence with “hi I’m here for an appointment” to which the front admin rudely looked annoyed and begrudgingly told me to sign in. It was as though my presence bothered them because they had to work, or maybe it’s because I’m a person of color. Very uncomfortable to have been treated here as a patient, 0/10 would not recommend.

ALLERGY Asthma & Sinus Centers Countryside IL were fantastic to finally get some answers! Testing was painless and the staff is outstanding! Dr. Rizvi is a very understanding and patient doctor who answered many of my concerns and questions. Highly recommend!

Professional doctors and staff. Concerned, listen carefully and willing to work with me and other specialists. My previous allergist retired and these doctors were highly recommended by her. The first time they saw me I was dealing with a long term viral illness. Their doctors are thorough in determining what is going on medically. A doctor also saw me on a very difficult respiratory day on an emergency basis. Highly recommend!

Friendly, timely and efficient service is provided by the staff. Dr. Maaz listens and addresses concerns. He takes the time to clearly explain medical issues and his plan to address them.

I’ve had a great experience here! The team did a very thorough review to figure out exactly what I’m allergic to, and they made the allergy shot process smooth and easy to follow. The staff is also friendly and easy to talk to, which makes the visits much more enjoyable. I definitely recommend this office if you’re looking for expert care in a nice environment.
