The staff was really nice! It was a different experience going into a room and the doctor behind a desk asking you questions and diagnosed you after his conclusions so we will see how everything goes on Monday after all my tests and see the results!!! I don’t understand the process they have to get your allergy shots you have to go thru allergy test panels which I understand but then they want you to do a scope to check out your nose and then a breathing test then after the breathing test I will get my results for my allergy... read more
Very unwelcoming staff. No greeting upon arrival from any of the three elderly white lady employees just gossiping at the front end. I was instead stared down by all three until I broke the silence with “hi I’m here for an appointment” to which the front admin rudely looked annoyed and begrudgingly told me to sign in. It was as though my presence bothered them because they had to work, or maybe it’s because I’m a person of color. Very uncomfortable to have been treated here as a patient, 0/10 would not recommend.
Very knowledgeable and kind staff. Especially Dr Revi, Patty and Helen. Thank you guys for all your help with me and my WONDERFUL ALLERGIES… Happy Retirement Dr Latner…
Doctors are very kind and knowledgeable. They helped my kids overcome a treenut allergy. Would highly recommend.
