I reached out to All-A-Round AC Tuesday morning. They were able to schedule me same day and showed up on time. Colby was awesome! And very knowledgeable. He showed me what he was doing and explained how I can help maintain my mini split. He explained everything that he was doing and what the charges would be up front. Very thankful for this company and their honesty. I've dealt with a few other HVAC companies over the years and this is by far the most knowledgeable and honest company I've ever dealt with.
All I got to say is great work from this company. The technician David that came out with all around AC was knowledgeable, patient, great work ethic, and just all around professional I have absolutely nothing negative to say and would recommend them to everybody in the area they work in. If all the technicians and the staff with this company work half as great and professional as David did. Great first time experience with these guys and Colby. Wife explained they were polite and professional all across the board during our spring service. Office staff was extremely responsive and great to work with as well. They were even able to install our new thermostat during this visit. Glad I went with this company. Aside from having the most eye catching and exciting superhero logo painted vehicles, the entire crew had that superhero SAVE THE DAY personality! Right on the scheduled start time, they flew in with tools and equipment ready to rescue us from our orbiting out of control hot and cold universe. I put in a help ticket on a Saturday night and someone was at my house by lunch on Monday. It was a bit pricey, but they were thorough and did a great job. Kept us updated along the way. Provided a comprehensive estimate.
