We were so impressed with Tim and Air Docs entire process. So happy they include Port St Lucie in their service area. I couldn't believe how thorough Tim was in the maintenance special. Checked every aspect of our unit and cleaned the line with their shop vac, took the condenser apart and cleaned it, checked the ducts in the attic, recommended a couple of things with absolutely no pressure. We recently had Aiden & Brian install a new A/C at our home. The work that these guys did is impeccable. They are thoroughly professional not only in the installation but also in their communications. It shows that they take great pride in their work and in pleasing the customer. Air Doc's are always on time and communicate when their exact time of arrival will be. Diagnosis is quick and accurate, and repairs are done quickly, at a fair price. I recommend them HIGHLY and plan to have them service my HVAC for a long time.

Not sure we needed air duct cleaning. George came out, and checked all our ducts. He said they were normal. He has seen some worse and some cleaner, our dryer duct was the worst. They gave us a free estimate. Now we will decide what we were going to do. George and Air Dic’s were very honest with us, which we appreciate. Would deal with them again down the road.
