I was introduced to Air Docs in 2022 when the home I was renting in Jensen Beach needed AC attention. I was extremely impressed with the technician, Brad Peterson. I have been managing, maintaining and or replacing AC units in our S. Florida homes since 2000. So, its fair to say I've seen more than my fair share of AC technicians over the years. Rob and Bert were awesome! Very knowledgeable and friendly. I could not recommend them enough! George was great as well and answered all of our questions! 25 months 0% interest! Can’t beat that! Thanks to the entire team at Air Docs! I will recommend to anybody who is in the market!
The technician was wonderful. He was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. My complaint is the cost of their recommended repair. They wanted $550 each for hard start kits for both units. WHY SO EXPENSIVE? I did some research for our area. The parts ran from $50-80. The labor was low 200’s to low 300’s. If their price was reasonable, I might have went with the repair.
Air Docs continues to raise the bar when it comes to quality, service, and professionalism. About five months ago, I had a new unit installed in my home, and their customer service and product reliability impressed me so much that I knew without hesitation who to call when it came time to add a mini split in my sunroom and garage. My hvac unit freezing up and Josh was highly recommended by coworkers of my son. Josh came to look at our unit and was extremely thorough and took the time to completely show me and explain all the details including cost and options to fix. After going over everything. We agreed that the best way to fix it would be to replace the whole system. So we decided to replace the entire system and what a great decision that was.
