We recently replaced our a/c system with Air Docs Heating and Cooling and had an excellent experience from start to finish. We received estimates from several companies but we were pleased that George, the consultant who.came here initially listened to us and gave us a straight-forward quote that met our needs without all of the back and forth negotiating. Fast service, but highly inflated pricing and poor customer follow-up We got back to our condo late in the day to find it was 90 degrees inside. I called Air Docs around 6 p.m. because they were listed as open until 8. After giving all my info, I was told that because it was “after hours,” there would be a $250 service charge. Not ideal—especially since i picked them due to advertised hours of "open until 8" - but with the heat, I agreed. The technician arrived quickly—about 35 minutes after I called. Through no fault of AirDocs there was an AC duct issue that needed resolved after the installation. They returned and went far beyond the "minimal" needed repair. More than I expected, just to make sure we were pleased. They really are customer and service oriented !
