Amazing experience! Ryan in sales and Bryan with installation, both were very pleasant, professional and courteous. No hidden fees, or unexpected add-on pricing, all fees/pricing was upfront and explained. The work and clean up was awesome. Phenomenal job!
I cant say enough about how pleased we are with our new AC unit. Starting with our consultation with Tim Jones. He was a honest gentleman that gave us a complete inspection of our house and system. He was extremely professional to say the least. I actually called the four other companies that were supposed to come out for an estimate and canceled (He sold us right on the spot) Now to the install the very next morning ( wow, that was fast) Now, our installers were Joey L. Great experience! My AC stopped working and I called Air Docs to look at the problem. They sent a technician same day and kept great communication until They arrived. Brad was knowledgeable and was able to fix my AC right away, even after hours. This shows customer experience and dependability. Definitely would recommend to anyone!
Jaleel Van Els did an excellent job servicing my AC units. Very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the condition of my system. You can tell he truly cares about his work and doing things right. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Highly recommend!
Tommy was on time which was a huge plus. I really dislike when companies give you a time frame and they don’t update you when they are in the way. They sent me a text when he was on the way, then he called me to make sure I was home and then I got a text when he arrived at my house. Best communication and Tommy was very knowledgeable and went over everything with me even showed me pictures of my system and recommended a better filter for me to use. Very reasonable price for an A/C check up. Will definitely use again.
