Fantastic experience on buying my new 2024 Duke 790! Curtis helped me out and was phenomenal! The team here truly has a passion for motorcycles, even more at racing! Everything was up front and no surprises. Prices were very good and nothing was hidden. The process was easy from buying and picking up! Can't say enough good things about this dealership and the folks working there! Brought my old (2009) 690 Enduro suspension in for a full refresh/service and had a super quick turnaround on all the parts with excellent service. When I brought them home for install, the rear shock started leaking oil from the compression adjuster (bad seal from age and not a part of the refresh). Best dealer experience I have ever had in my 52 years on this planet. I had a major engine failure on my KTM and had it towed straight to Adventure Moto. Adam in service was EXTREMELEY helpful in working with KTM to get some of the repairs covered by them even though I was no longer in warranty. He went to bat for me and spent a lot of time getting that approved when he could have just gone the easy route and said I had to pay the whole thing.
