Advanced Cooling top notch, true quality service!! Brandon is thorough, explains and shows what the issue is on a level that is easy to understand. From diagnosis to installation of new unit - couldn’t ask for a more efficient, courteous and professional group of folks doing work in our home. Nobody likes spending a bunch of money to have their AC repaired. Advanced Cooling made the process much less painful by explaining the problems to me as well as the repair plan through a step by step process with an accurate quote that was priced very well (yes I did verify with other companies and friends in the HVAC business). The repair tech was prompt and kind, he truly cared to get the job done correctly and quickly so we could have cool air again, the dispatcher was also kind and got us on the schedule quickly as well... read more
Used this company for a few years now. Have the maintenance plan and every time a technician comes out they are always polite, professional and respectful of myself and property. Had a problem today and was able to get my A/C fixed same day even though it was late in day.
I highly recommend Advanced Cooling. They installed a new system for me about 8 years ago and have done a great job taking care of any issues I've had over the years. Great company, great Owner. They have always treated me with fairness and honesty.
