The company was very quick, efficient, and nice. they got the work done really fast. The only thing I'm dissatisfied with is the price of it all, I called them about the internal blower fan and possibly ball bearings on my air conditioning unit and they kept finding things to tack on to the bill. So what should have only been about a $1,200 charge wound up costing me $2,600. My AC went out the prior night and Jose was there first thing in the morning to resolve the issue. Jose provided a high level of service and also educated me on my AC system and how the defective part went out. He gave multiple savings options with their membership and more affordable part options which lowered the cost. Hopefully I don’t have future AC issues but if I do I will definitely be doing business here again!

Awesome service! Colton was very professional, knowledgeable and proficient. Fixed our issue in less than an hour and notified us of another issue on our other unit and has already set up maintenance for that. Very pleased with all of his work. This company always does a great job!
I greatly appreciate the tech who came out after hours to resolve our issue. He was thorough and did a great job. My issue is with the fact that what was wrong with the unit could have been avoided during our previous semi-annual maintenance checks. In seeing the condition of our indoor coils, it’s obvious they’d never been looked at since we purchased the unit 6 years ago. In addition part of the unit was plumbed and wired incorrectly. Tech was great and got us fixed up. Prior services not so much.
