Colton took care of my maintenance. Offered cost of a new unit that crashed. Too expensive and also drip pan. I was told more than two spills to ruin ceiling and walls that a drip pan was installed. So I don’t understand that. So please look into that. I am paying to surge and ozone. Ozone isn’t obvious to me beyond allergens I was told it would take care of smells which it doesn’t now. I think it did for a week. I am paying $100 for all that
The company was very quick, efficient, and nice. they got the work done really fast. The only thing I'm dissatisfied with is the price of it all, I called them about the internal blower fan and possibly ball bearings on my air conditioning unit and they kept finding things to tack on to the bill. So what should have only been about a $1,200 charge wound up costing me $2,600.
