We arrived home from vacation to find that our duct had separated from the floor vent and was blowing all of our cool air into the crawl space. Thomas was quick to give me a call back and arrange a time to come out and fix the issue. Took him less than 45 minutes to get our HVAC fixed at a fair price. Thank you, Thomas!

I recently purchased my home and within a few weeks there goes air conditioning issues. I was referred to Acute Hvac and was immediately impressed with the professionalism, accuracy, quality work, and attention to detail. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain what issues I was having in simple terms so i could have a full understanding. It's very rare that I give any company a 5 star rating, but for Acute I had to. I contacted Acute for a second opinion. I had another HVAC company come out and they just flat out told me that I needed a new unit, with no explanation to why. Thomas and his partner came to our home on time and they were very professional. They diagnosed the problem fairly quickly.
