I woke to a leaking water heater installed in 2009. Called Ace and ****** responded and was back in an hour to replace the old Rheem with a new 40 gallon one. He and his helper did a professional job, keep us in the loop during the installation, cleaned up after they were finished and were great, and they checked all the connections carefully. We had our old Edwardian house's sewer lateral line to the ** City main collapse with sewage pooling in ********** with each flush. We had an inspection appointment within 2 hours, contract cost was as expected, contract was signed that afternoon, and the crew showed up the next day to begin work. Communication with the office and the technician was effective and efficient. *** showed up on time and respected my tenants. The job was done well and the price was fair. I will call them again.
