Working with Absolute Air and Power was an excellent experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for assistance with their heating systems. Tom & his team were able to provide a quote and schedule work quickly, and really cleaned up and replaced our dated, rusting, issue filled system and pipes. I have used Absolute Air and Power for 15 years and I am constantly amazed at how great the service, price, and customer service has consistently been for these 15 years. What's more important than everybody does not realize is that the owner of the company, Tom, has consistently been there no matter what the job is to ensure that what was supposed to be done and delivered has been actually given to you as a customer. Incredible experience-everyone was so helpful from the office staff to the Plumbers on the job!! Always on time and cleaned up each day! I will Highly recommend to any of my clients buying houses !

Negative experience with this company. I had a technician come to my house, spend ~1 hour working with my unit to tell me he wasn't an expert with the unit, and would send someone else with more experience. First tech did not collect payment since no action was taken. Company never followed up as promised, and after I reached back out, another tech was sent. He spent ~5 minutes at my house, took 2 photos of my unit, collected $180 and was never heard from again after again promising a follow up. This company needs to follow ... read more

Had Absolute install my Daikin Fit system and my wife and I couldn’t be more impressed and satisfied with the job they did. Extremely neat and courteous and all workers were professional. The job came out perfect and the house is very comfortable. Would highly recommend this company for any air conditioning or heating needs you have.
