We were very pleased with David and his associate. David was so knowledgeable, professional, efficient and hard working. Our item was delivered damaged from Home Depot but David came to our rescue and corrected the problem. I highly recommend Abend Services and if you happened to be as blessed as we were David will be your installer.
We needed a quick repair on our bathroom tub. The service was excellent , techs were very friendly, polite and professional. The two techs were Joey and David, they explained all work that needed to be done step by step. Answered all our questions and cleaned up completely when work was completed. We had an issue with our master bathroom sink that I could not resolve on my own for the past few days. We gave this local business a call early in the morning-they responded and put us on the schedule same day! Dave Knick came out a few hours later. Called them out for a water heater issue. Abend did thorough diagnostics to give me both repair and replace options, and went through all the details of exactly what was wrong and the pros and cons of both. They were then able to replace my water heater the same day, and for significantly cheaper than other quotes I received. Kept everything clean and the work is impeccable.
Great service. Parts found and installed without problem. Technician seemed to know his stuff and was able to talk me through what to look for in my 23 year old hot water heater in case I want to upgrade before failure. Highly recommend
