Woke up to my thermostat’s red screen of death on the hottest day thus far in 2026 with an out of town husband. Of all of the companies I contacted, including the one that typically services our unit, Abend was the only one available and willing to come out. They kept me up to date on their arrival time and even included a picture of who would be arriving. I also appreciated their use of shoe covers, as I don’t typically wear shoes in the home. Great service quick response gave me an appointment time. They ended up being late, but they took a $100 off of the service. Because they were late, very professional. Courteous was getting my water heater repaired. But apparently something was just dirty. So really? They didn't have to do any work except clean around it. They didn't charge me anything for the service. Would recommend anyone use them great experience
An amazing 10/10 experience! I am so thankful that Abend was able to squeeze me in the same day and fix my issue right then and there. Our technician, Rich, was incredible—he was informative, knowledgeable, and kind. I will definitely be using Abend for all my plumbing needs moving forward!
