I had a leak coming from my toilet and of course, I called Abend Plumbing. When I tell you this is the most professional, knowledgeable and courteous company. I can go on and on. Richard Koontz was the plumber they sent out. He arrived on time. He put his shoe covers on fixed the leak. But then he found another leak that I needed to take care of but I wasn't prepared financially. When I tell you, he showed so much empathy and professionalism. I was completely satisfied with the service received from Abend. The plumber and his apprentice communicated their status before arrival. They evaluated the problem quickly and accurately. They fixed it immediately. They were professional and polite. Their fee for services was customer friendly. I was so satisfied, I booked an annual support agreement with them on the spot.

I had a slow leak in my toilet that was starting to come through the kitchen ceiling—stressful to say the least! I called Abend Services and they came out the very next day. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. We had a new HVAC system installed in June. At about 8:00 this morning, all the smoke alarms went off in our house simultaneously & we smelled something burning. I called the company that did the installation and, long story short, found out they were only in business for 8 months to take advantage of Empower Maryland Funds. Happy with the service provided. Re-routed our sump pump discharge to go out our back yard. Richard did an excellent job at a fair price. I’ll definitely use Abend Services again!
