Great service quick response gave me an appointment time. They ended up being late, but they took a $100 off of the service. Because they were late, very professional. Courteous was getting my water heater repaired. But apparently something was just dirty. So really? They didn't have to do any work except clean around it. They didn't charge me anything for the service. Would recommend anyone use them great experience
An amazing 10/10 experience! I am so thankful that Abend was able to squeeze me in the same day and fix my issue right then and there. Our technician, Rich, was incredible—he was informative, knowledgeable, and kind. I will definitely be using Abend for all my plumbing needs moving forward!
I had a slow leak in my toilet that was starting to come through the kitchen ceiling—stressful to say the least! I called Abend Services and they came out the very next day. Highly recommend this company. They responded to my emergency call for service within 20min. The staff was and has been pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They gave me a next day appointment; came back and further explained and assessed my issues. I had to contact my insurance carrier and they have been quite helpful in providing documentation and information to provide to the carrier. I'm looking forward to working with them until this issue is completely resolved. Thanks Abend.
