Verbal abuse from caregivers & one not knowing what to do in an emergency situation! My mother called me one night needing for the caregiver to come in, I told her to ring the bell. When the caregiver came in, she did not know that I was on the phone with my ********** heard how she spoke to her - inappropriate for a caregiver!
