Applying for a rental property with 816 Property Management was one of the smoothest and fastest application processes I’ve ever experienced. I applied late one night, received a follow-up the next morning for additional information, and had an approval and lease agreement by the next day. Since 816 bought my place I rent from the private landlord I was renting from they have been very good at communicating, they are quick to get back to text messages or calls. And my maintenance request got handled immediately when my toilet went out unexpectedly. Overall awesome experience so far.
They always send maintenance out in a timely fashion if I have an issue. What i don't like is that there are too many inspections. I have to rearrange my life to let the inspector or appraiser in on top of the rent check inspections in the app. I appreciate the thoroughness but it can be stressful at times. It makes me a little nervous that they are getting ready to sell the house instead of rent to me. I really enjoy living here and the house is perfect for my family at this time.
