Jalimar and 816 are a great team, they are professional and solution based. They offer online electronic payment which is convenient and hassle free. I would recommend this company if you are looking for a nice place to call home. Did I forget to mention the ability to reach a live person is 100% when you have communication needs in regards to your rental related needs.

Horrible company to rent from. BEWARE of this company they will screw you over. The unit I rented out off Sea Ave had problem after problem. The unit flooded downstairs so much and they never fixed this issue. It damaged so much of my personal property and they did not cover my damage property. They lied so many times about a plumber that was supposed to fixed the issue and never did after 18 months of being in the unit. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY RENTING FROM 816 PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
