well to be truthful, 816 property management are pretty good. Because I've rented from them for one year and the House I was staying within this year have drain issues and the Basement also leaks water 💧 whenever there's a heavy rain but not too bad either. With all this problems everytime I call them about my issuesat the house they sent Maintenance guy right away.It never fail. as irritating as the moving process inherently is, 816PropMgt did a good job making things a lot simpler, straightforward, and streamlined. I appreciated the promptness of communication and the clear guidance when necessary. everyone I interacted with was very kind, understanding, and direct. I have to admit I was skeptical about renting through a property management company..The experience was different for me not actually speaking with someone or doing a walk through with a landlord....However , my application was approved within 24 hours..All the links to set up utilities, maintenance and to sign the lease were easy to access and understand..Valery was great with communication and follow-ups by text and email..I also spoke with Josh who assisted me in another move in issue! They always send maintenance out in a timely fashion if I have an issue. What i don't like is that there are too many inspections. I have to rearrange my life to let the inspector or appraiser in on top of the rent check inspections in the app. I appreciate the thoroughness but it can be stressful at times. It makes me a little nervous that they are getting ready to sell the house instead of rent to me. I really enjoy living here and the house is perfect for my family at this time.
I can’t say enough good things about this property management company. After coming from a truly terrible management situation, I was honestly in a bind and pretty stressed about making a change.
