First American Plumbing provided the absolute best service and professionals I have ever come to my home. What an amazing company! Santiago is profession, polite, on time, well-spoken and driven do get the job done. I asked for a new kitchen sink, garbage disposal and two new commodes for both bathrooms. He gave me suggestions and let me choose what I wanted. Want to give a big shout out to Matt and his crew at 1st American Plumbing. Have come to my rescue twice now. First time was back in May of 2010. Had called a HVAC repair man for a clogged drain line that went to an upstairs sink. HVAC repair man cleared drain line but caused upstairs sink drain to clog up. After a few attempts to unclog the sink drain the HVAC repair man left and said I would need to call a plumber. Xayne And Kane were incredibly professional and efficient plumbers. They were able to fix the issue and communicate what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. I was able to understand the changes to system from a homeowner perspective, even though I know nothing about plumbing. I appreciate their communication and efficiency and recommend them for anyone needing plumbing services.

Shelby and Damien were great as usual with all of Copeland's employees. Shelby has provided service at our home before. I request him if he is available. As always he explains everything and is extremely courteous. We have had a service contract with Copeland for a while and have been very pleased. Mr Copeland must inspire his employees as they are all very helpful from the people who answer the phone to their service techs.

They came out to my home diagnosed.Two air conditioning units for me. There were both mini split systems. They were very honest with their recommendations. When I asked them what I owe them, they told me their service was free of charge. A free of charge service call two technicians.Two trucks is unheard of in this day and time. I highly recommend them for their honesty, punctuality, cleanliness and professionalism. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would.
