Not only was Josh on time, he was early! In today’s world, that is unheard of. Service was top notch and Josh M. was the best. Polite, knowledgeable and efficient! I highly recommend Copeland Home services.

Shelby and Damien were great as usual with all of Copeland's employees. Shelby has provided service at our home before. I request him if he is available. As always he explains everything and is extremely courteous. We have had a service contract with Copeland for a while and have been very pleased. Mr Copeland must inspire his employees as they are all very helpful from the people who answer the phone to their service techs.
Josh and Julius were absolutely fantastic! They handled my plumbing, HVAC, and electrical needs with professionalism, efficiency, and great attention to detail. Not only was their work top-notch, but their pricing was also very competitive! Far better than other quotes I received. They were punctual, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right the first time. I truly appreciate their honesty and expertise.
