Shelby and Damien were great as usual with all of Copeland's employees. Shelby has provided service at our home before. I request him if he is available. As always he explains everything and is extremely courteous. We have had a service contract with Copeland for a while and have been very pleased. Mr Copeland must inspire his employees as they are all very helpful from the people who answer the phone to their service techs.

First American Plumbing provided the absolute best service and professionals I have ever come to my home. What an amazing company! Santiago is profession, polite, on time, well-spoken and driven do get the job done. I asked for a new kitchen sink, garbage disposal and two new commodes for both bathrooms. He gave me suggestions and let me choose what I wanted. Josh and Julius were absolutely fantastic! They handled my plumbing, HVAC, and electrical needs with professionalism, efficiency, and great attention to detail. Not only was their work top-notch, but their pricing was also very competitive! Far better than other quotes I received. They were punctual, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right the first time. I truly appreciate their honesty and expertise. Santiago has been to our house twice so far and he’s always been great to work with. He helped install our whole house water filter (which we love!) and flushed out our water heater. He is always professional and knowledgeable.

Want to give a big shout out to Matt and his crew at 1st American Plumbing. Have come to my rescue twice now. First time was back in May of 2010. Had called a HVAC repair man for a clogged drain line that went to an upstairs sink. HVAC repair man cleared drain line but caused upstairs sink drain to clog up. After a few attempts to unclog the sink drain the HVAC repair man left and said I would need to call a plumber.
