With the Texas heat in full force, our AC decided to quit at the worst possible time. We called Copeland Heating & Air Conditioning, and they sent out Alex—hands down one of the best technicians we've ever worked with. First American Plumbing provided the absolute best service and professionals I have ever come to my home. What an amazing company! Santiago is profession, polite, on time, well-spoken and driven do get the job done. I asked for a new kitchen sink, garbage disposal and two new commodes for both bathrooms. He gave me suggestions and let me choose what I wanted. Want to give a big shout out to Matt and his crew at 1st American Plumbing. Have come to my rescue twice now. First time was back in May of 2010. Had called a HVAC repair man for a clogged drain line that went to an upstairs sink. HVAC repair man cleared drain line but caused upstairs sink drain to clog up. After a few attempts to unclog the sink drain the HVAC repair man left and said I would need to call a plumber.
