Have many antique vehicles to sell. Mr Dixon was Disrespectful! !! I am 78 years old. Proud to say I was raised by Honest and Respectful Parents. Please help me to tell him that his Costumers pay his Salary!! Cruelty is not the manner to treat anyone .as well as treating anyone as the way I felt “Dirt under his feet”

Stay away from this place, they’ve turned deception into an art. I participated to two auctions for items coming (supposedly) from Lowe’s. I bid on a Dyson vacuum cleaner, presented in its box as if it were new – but it was actually used, the head was covered with heavy scratches and the container was full of dirt. I made a purchase in an auction on 9/26/23. I have contacted Dixon many times asking about the status of my item.. They finally got back to me just a while ago. Said they sent me an invoice to pay for shipping in my email.. There was no email about shipping. They sent a link via text today and I paid for shipping.. The shipping cost is Excessive and Exorbitant. Over 90 dollars for a 8lb item one state away. I will follow this up when I receive my item and report on the condition. And the time it took me to receive it.

Getting an invoice took a bit of time, but once I received it and paid, shipping was prompt and packed well. I would buy again.

I have been purchasing lots from Dixon's since July 25, 2012. This is a top notch organization. I've spent over $5,000 since then with Dixon's. Customer service is quick to reply to any inquiry. Items are always thoughtfully packed. My only concern would be about items that could be sent via First Class Mail that are instead sent Priority Mail. I think this is a matter of convenience for Dixon's, but it has a major impact of profitability from my end. Highly recommend!
