The guys came out and were on time, fully prepared. My project did not want to cooperate, but they maintained a positive attitude and made every necessary adjustment to bring the project to completion. Even when equipment failed due to issues with my patio (totally not their fault), they were able to work around it and make the magic happen. Crew showed up promptly in allocated time window. Got busy right away. Lifted my slab to exactly where it needed to be with no collateral damage. Cleaned up with saw (for excess foam protrusion) and hose to clean driveway and concrete. Outstanding-just what I wanted. Experienced guys made short work of this job. Entire process, from estimator, through actual job, was exceptional.
What a pleasant, effortless home repair this turned out to be! Concrete stairs and a landing in front of my house were sinking and starting to crack away from the front door. I called 866SLABJACK and an estimator came out, took lots of photos and showed me how they would fix the problem.
